Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Recently completed a two night stay at Gabriel’s three bedroom Philadelphia condo. The unit is perfect for small families as it’s well appointed with everything you need and provides ample space - from the generous allotment of bath towels to simple things like have a filled Brita in the fridge to other specifics like children’s games and books. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the roof deck in particular, in the evening. Gabriel was highly attentive and responsive throughout. The only slight nit pick I could make is that the location is not super walkable. We drove to most locations, however the on site parking space came in handy. Would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was one of the best that I have stayed. I had two children with me: 9 and 5 year old. The place was very nicely decorated and a great place for us grownups to feel like we are staying in a really nice place. But, also hosts provided games and the kids felt comfortable. Definitely highly recommend!

Great place to stay to explore old town Philadelphia. My son and I stayed here to have a Revolutionary War sites weekend. It was a great location for it. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay. Beautiful condo for the family. Easy walks to restaurants. Gabe was very responsive and helpful when we needed to leave the car parked for extra time. Having the parking space was a huge plus! Would definitely return!
